The Sterling location has poor customer service, if you aren't a professional in this area and you go in for their advice, get a 2nd opinion!! In this economy, arrogance only looses customers. The owners should remember the person at the counter represents the company and can bring a customer back in or send them searching for the competition and there is plenty out there. All I can say is GOOD BYE CALVERLEY SUPPLY STERLING HTS.
