they make you pay before the service, and that should be a hint. you bring them your color formula that works for everyone. they pretend they are getting it as close as they can since "they are out of some colorings". you wind up the same color you came in with which is six weeks of oxidation. in essence, you never got the color, just the roots made the same color as you walked in. they are allocated fifteen minutes for a cut and blowdry......they work in mass numbers. they also charge various prices for the same length hair. the grey haired gal who runs the desk should be a matron in a maximum security prison. they also charge $5 extral for "the colors" they use. not worth the aggravation and treatment. buyer beware.
