My mother broke her hip in 5 places so she needs all her shoes modified before she can wear them. I took the last ones I bought to Goldena's and was told they would be ready in 2 weeks. When I went to get them, they had not even been started & was promised they'd be done in another week. I checked in after another week & no luck. On & on it went ... and it took 3 MONTHS to get my mom's shoes back. My mom is 85 years old & who knows if she even has 3 extra months to wait for shoes? Goldena's is less expensive than many other places but so unreliable that I am now taking my business elswewhere. Such a shame, Goldena's was convenient & friendly ... or perhaps my poor service was due to the fact that I'm not a lifelong Bolivar resident as seems to be the case with so many of Bolivar's merchants?
