We lived here for 2 years first got in we had to pay last month deposit as required with security deposit as we didnt have good credit...then the month before we moving out I received a letter stated that we have to pay last month rent(include late fee!!) so I called the office the woman name Stacey answered (she was the same person we talked first got in the apartment) she was very rude and said yes you have to pay last month rent i told her that we already paid before we got in she said you not! and then she said she would have to read the contract again! luckily we have other copy for the contract with us! the poeple there very rude and have a very bad customer service skill! and when i asked them that I need to be presented at the day of room inspection they said you dont have to be here! even I said on the letter!!! they stupid enough to not read the contract before poeple moving out just need the money and cheat poeple who live there!
only the maintenance were great and very helpful!
