Good: The store is so fun to look around in, you cant go in for just a minute! Be sure to alow time to look at all the wonderful products. I cant remember his name but a gentleman with a mohawk was helping me with fragrance and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He was so helpful! I happily left spending 100+ dollars with no regrets! he also helped me create a custom perfume that I get complimented on all of the time! Its like he knew me! I think his name is Grant.. Bad: There arent really a whole lot of complaints about the store other than the girls working there can be rude and glare. The music was a little loud for my taste.. Other: If you do go in be sure to ask for "Grant" and the girl with the colored hair, they obviously know what they are doing..
