I had carpet and tile installed by Carpet Giant. The sales guy was very nice and accommodating before I made the purchase, but after the install was scheduled, I never heard from him again. I guess he already had what he needed (my $$$$), so he had no reason to talk to me anymore. The tile install took two and half times as long as the estimated time they gave me. And although they charged extra to float (level) the floor, the tile is still uneven in certain places. And the double loop carpet I had installed is already unraveling, even though I haven't even had it a year yet.
