My wife and I took some of my late mother-in-law's jewelry in to get repaired. They work they did was adequate, but it was late! Guess their estimated times are just to get you to commit, then they take their sweet time. And while I won't say they are rude, they certainly are cold. It's like you owe THEM a debt of gratitude for talking to you.
Would not go back.
