the x5 was @ the dealership for 3 and 1/2 weeks.There was a computer problem that led to a huge backlog of vehicles that had to be reprogrammed. Besides that the staff was extremely attentive and courteous. I was constantly informed by Jia of all updates and progress.i give the customer service 5 stars?
