My washing machine stopped working a 9pm last night, I looked in phone book called Low Rates Applicance had the sweetest most professional woman aswering the phone; made an appt. 12- 3pm today and Michael the Tech. showed right at 12pm, he was so nice found the problem within a min. told me what and why and how much it would cost, I said ok and he was done with repairs in 1/2 hour. I thought getting a washing machine fixed would be a nightmare and Low Rates Aplliance made it a breeze I Thank you very much for that. I highly recommend Low Rate Appliances for any repair job, and the cost was extremely resonable no over charging for emergency call. Great Personnel, Great Job, Great Prices. Thank you very much.??
