Great facility, workers not trained

I love the Alaska Club, but the people who work in the front desk seem to know little to nothing about the facility. They don't know what trainers are working in the classes, double book the ball machine for tennis and once told my sister and I we weren't allowed to tan in the same bed when booking an appointment for two beds. They actually thought we planned on tanning in the same bed?
