I brought my cat in on Thursday... I have not received 1 phone call the entire time he as there.... No update on status I didnt know if my cat was alive or dead... They said I could pick him up on Sunday after I called them 45 times.... I went to pick him up.... they were CLOSED on sundays.... the bill was 200 over the estimate... They have no idea what is going on... complete IDIOTS
