pathetic excuse for a company

we bought a sofa from these people on Nov.1,09. within 2 hours of getting home there was a message from the manager(David,Tallahassee area) on our answering machine. apparently the sofa we purchased had been bought the day before and was not removed from the floor. my husband canceled the order. he has made 2 attempts to get his credit card accredited for the amount from the furniture store. he has a receipt of refund. he has also called the store and the manager does not return his calls. this problem now has been reported to the Attorney Generals office in Tallahassee. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY DO NOT MEET THE RIGHT STANDARDS OF BUSINESS!!!!!!
