Good: The service was excellent. Their non-pressure approach was a pleasant experience. They answered my questions fully and provided me with some excellent suggestions. I was looking at rock tumblers and felt the price competitive. It was their service and willingness to spend the extra time with a customer with questions that sold me on the product.. Bad: What's not to like? I hope to return the next time I'm in the Seattle area.. Other: I seldom take the time to fill out comments for websites, but Jerry's is one business I feel very comfortable in supporting..
