After reading the only other (nasty) review here, I feel compelled to post another opinion. Gordon's service department has been taking care of my '99 Corvette (not bought at Gordon) for most of its life. They are as good a dealer service organization as I have ever dealt with, and far better than most. They have been unfailingly courteous and responsive to my needs. We have had some issues over the years, mostly due to the constraints that GM places upon its dealerships, but we have been able to work through them to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion. I would recommend the service department without reservation.
