Ron was recommended by our attorney who raved about his honesty, integrity & experience.
thank God we took his advise & not the brokers.
He found serious electrical problems that could have resulted in a fire when we used certain outlets that he tested.
We were able to negotiate $2,500.00 off asking price to have the defective wiring replaced.
