I never take time to write reviews however, I was so pleased with the service I received from their sales girl, Dawn that I just had to write in. She was so sweet and helpful, went out of her way to answer all my crazy questions, took the time to search many catalogs to find me the sofa and chairs I just love (on her day off) and for what? The sales people at Palmetto don't even work on commission!! Maybe that's why you get such great service, they really care about the customers and their needs.
