Even though Ron price was higher than a few others we spoke with, it was his knowledge, experience & thorough report that won us over. He was extremely helpful on the phone. He spent over 20 minutes aswering our questions, many probably dumb. He was very understanding because he knew we were first time buyers.
His inspection was very thorough, helpful & we were able to re-negotiate the price. we saved over $3,000.00 because of his report which he emailed to us the sameday.
