Enterprise Rental

I've never had good luck with Enterprise in Knoxville Parkside location. On 2 occasions, they didn't have a car for me even though I reserved one. They were not very helpful. I've rented from the Downtown location..they are a little better. I left my car there while I rented one and when I returned, I had pine sap on my car which is very difficult to remove from your car...they should have known that and advised people not to park there under the cedar tree...
