Repair of outside french doors

Disappointed in verbal quote given and lack of feedback. The individual who came to see the damage was quick to say I needed to replace the entire door structure and pushed to buy new doors and frame. When he gave a verbal estimate over the phone, i asked him to send or email me the quote in writing. I never heard from him again or received any written quotes. He acted as though I was inconveniencing him. Poor customer service and I am going elsewhere.
