took my ATV to Taylor Forbres in Farmville Virginia in July of 2009. I told Billy the service guy that I wanted to get my Polaris aligned and the fluids changed. I picked the ATV up on July 21. 2009 and Billy gave me my bill $481.35 I asked what in the he**? why so much? and was told that the front end needed parts. I was never told about this or called and asked if I wanted the parts.
Bottom line is I spent over $11,000.00 on three ATV's from Taylor Forbes and since 2006 I have used them for parts and service now I get hit with a $481.35 bill for work done without my authorization. When I told the owner about how I felt he just said "OK, sorry you feel that way"
Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
Up until today I would have stood behind Taylor Forbes.
They will NEVER get mine or my family's business again.
I hope that losing a three year loyal customer was worth it.
