I bought a car from them years ago. I noticed that the interior was damp, and put a clause in the sales contract that leaks had to be fixed.
Well, the seal around the sun roof was bad and water came in like a waterfall when I took it to a carwash. I took it in, and it sat there for two months before they even lifted a finger to fix it. Which they did wrong, so after opening the sunroof once, the seal pulled out of place and it leaked again. It took them another month to fix it.
While it was in for another service, they put it back out on the used car lot, when the service was done!
Picking it from being serviced, and it rolls up and rap is blasting from it. The porter had changed all 12 FM stations to the rap station! He complimented the factory sound system but blew out a speaker!
Body shop lost interior items and failed to order replacement parts until I brought the car in to have the parts put on.
Service manager stopped even acknowledging my presence when I had a problem, I had seen him so many times!
Talked to one of the owners about these problems and more. He gave me his 'personal' cell number. I had more problems with service, and called the 'personal' number only to get the receptionist at the front desk in the showroom. The same showroom I was calling from!
The other owner had signs all around the store, saying if you had any problems to call him. However, he doesn't talk to customers!?
Lie after lie! I can only wonder why they had to move to the smaller lot across the street after rebuilding their showeroom...
