Horrendous experience with BMW Sales office

The sales staff are real crooks. Get quotes from other dealerships and then come to this one - you'll get the highest quote even though over the phone, they'll quote you the lowest. Their excuse -"the manager changed his mind".
I played dumb and didn't say anything but they lied to me about everything. Prices of options, msrp, etc etc. Just because I am a woman, they thought they could screw me. Little did they know that I had done my research, printed all prices, and had quotes that were thousands lower for same car, same options. TOTAL CROOKS.
