Dr. Sonaglia is never in her office because she is always chasing behind her attorneys and her many lawsuits. To some degree you cannot even blame her staff because she probably doesn't even pay her staff and if she does it's not on time. She treats her housekeepers and nannies the same as well. She is a very smart woman and COULD be a good Dr. but she fails when it comes to character. KARMA!
