I've been going to them for 2 years now and so far my experience with them has been nothing but great. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that they are pricey. Even with health insurance discount and vision plan, their (good quality) frames and lenses cost a LOT. But I was expecting that anyway. I could have probably gotten the same deal cheaper elsewhere.
