Where's the customer service when you have a problem with your purchase?

Good: The beginning, when we were looking for a ring. Staff was extremely helpful and nice, not pushy.. Bad: After one month, my ring had a big flaw that I noticed. When I called the store, I was transferred to the store's operating manager Chuck. After I told him that I noticed a big flaw in my diamond after only 1 month, his exact words to me were "what do you want me to do about it?" He wasn't being sincere, his words were very uncaring and unprofessional. Not only did he say that, but he said it TWICE. Not once did he offer for me to come in so I could have my ring checked out UNTIL I said something!. Improvements: Lee Reed upper management should follow through what their commercials say and what they advertise; how good they are, how caring they are, how they back up their diamonds.. Other: Very very upset with the way I was treated! I will never recommend Lee Reed to anybody and have told everybody who will listen the way I was treated by Chuck and the other lady at Lee Reed. Wish we would of bought our diamond ring at another jewelers..
