Bad: The service is horrible. The doctor is pushy. They take advantage of you not knowing certain things. Luckily I have a mother who could help when they tried to push for unnecessary tests and medicines. Dr. Luke basically makes you feel pushed around and abused if you don't do exactly what she says. Horrible place to take your pet if you just need basic care and routine visits!!!. Improvements: Even when informed that cost is a concern they do not find little ways to be helpful and suggest less costly alternatives. It is ridiculous!.
