Pride Pups should be closed down. They are very well known for selling in bred puppies, ask any Vet. My family purchased a beautiful Pekingese 4 years ago, as he grew older he became very mean at times, biting and attacking. Our Vet told us that they had put many dogs to sleep that came from Pride Pups because of inbreeding and that they have even been picketed outside their store. Sadly enough my family was forced to our beloved dog to sleep at the young age of 4. This after spending $500 for a dog specialist who put our dog on meds. Our Vet said that we had done more for our dog than many others had, however we could not save him. Pride Pups is nothing more than a Puppy Mill and should be closed by the State of Rhode Island.
