I was pleased while entering Brandies. They had some really good deals. I felt like I had discovered a new store to shop at. I made my purchase and happily left the store. It wasn't until I had left the store when my logic set in. How could I possibly spend so much on what I bought? I checked my receipt and discovered the cashier had overcharged me. I promptly walked back in and gave them the receipt and overcharged merchandise. They apologized for the mistake but only offered to give me store credit since their store policy is "No Returns" I said I understood but they miss-charged me! The manager was so rude and disrespectful. I felt like I was back in high school with all the drama she gave me! I don't understand...they overcharged me and instead of giving me the overcharged money ( witch is rightfully mine) back they expect me to receive store credit. That is absurd, stealing, and illegal! It also is one way to loose customers...including me! Great store...one weird store policy...horrible rude sassy mean employees
