Good: They had a good selection and their sales people seemed knowledgable.. Bad: They were really attentive with phone calls and follow up before we placed the order, and basically lost all interest after they had our money. Sensed it the first time I called to check on the order.. Improvements: Wouldn't shop here again. Figured 51 years in independent business must mean something, but it's obviously not based on customer service. Wish I had read the other reviews before we bought here..
