Ad prices AFTER you place your order

While I like the products that they sell, their customer service is infuriating! My order arrived yesterday, the same day an email with the EXACT same products on sale! I called the customer service number and was transferred to the Phillipines! Does any company based in the US use Americans for their customer service anymore?! They were less than helpful! I could pay to return the products I bought and then buy them at the sale prices! They wouldn't credit me the difference on the items. TERRIBLE!!
