In 49 years of having cars worked on around the country, I've never found anyone I trust more. I've been taking my Volvo there for about 7 years. I used to get an estimate from a Volvo dealer, but don't bother anymore -- Baird was always 30% to 50% cheaper. I'm surprised there are any negative comments. Bruce M.
