Good sales help makes a difference

I've shopped more than once for cameras and videocams. Although I've read up to prepare myself, I've still valued input from a knowledgeable sales person. I've been extremely pleased with help I've received and have felt more confident making a purchase. There's also a good return policy if you don't like your purchase.
