I've been doing business with Supercuts for 10 years. This new location opened recently. On about my 5th visit there, the mgr decided to charge me a $2 'special request fee'. This was about 9am and she was the 'ONLY' employee there, so how could I have chosen anyone else?? I won't go back to Supercuts!
