I just visited Soto for the 1st time (my friends have been telling me about it) I have to say it is beautiful! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I had my hair cut,a manicure and a facial. The spa and salon is boutique like, lots of great hair products and make up. They pay special attention to all the details. Go to their website salonsoto.net and sign up for the emails, they have great tips and promotions. I've been to alot of the top salons around and this one is definately the best!
