I recently purchased a kitchen set from the Room Place (Harlem Furniture). I paid extra money for a protection plan on the wood because I have two small children. Not surprisingly I have had to file a claim due to my child scratching the table. The problem is that the warranty department gives you the run around--I originally filed my claim two months ago and I am still waiting for them to make repairs. It is as though they keep delaying in hopes that I will give up!! Don't waste $ on a protection plan!!!
