Very bad experience. I was given the wrong prescription and billed to the wrong insurer.Had to make multiple visits to resolve the insurance issue. When they discovered their mistake about the wrong prescription, they corrected it but did not refund me for the lenses i had to buy for the wrong prescriprion. they also billed the wrong insurer again for my follow up visit. The staff is just too busy and uninformed.
