Poor service

I found a car online and called in, set up an appointment for later that evening. Within 3 hours of setting up that appointment the salesman called me 5 times to confirm and make sure I was going to make it. When I got to Sound Ford and took the vehicle on a test drive things seemed to be going well. Once we got back to the location the salesman completely changed. He was not listening to one thing I was saying about what I wanted. overall POOR SERVICE
