RESPONSE TO MISS STAY AWAY!

Too bad "STAY AWAY" can write such an unfair report that is clearly not verified. I don't know who this person is since she has chosen to hide her identity, but it sounds as if we replaced her mother's floor at our expense, even though the cause for the defective installation was unrelated to anything we did. I doubt STAY AWAY is an expert on moisture-related flooring problems. We are! We've worked hard for our good reputation and resent her slanderous assessment of our business. Bobby Yates.
