The doctors and workers are fine but the office accounting billing is notoristly bad--full of mistakes and over billings to both patients and insurance. What they did is unethical because they billed both the patients and the patients' insurance for the same treatment. This will enable them to collect both from the insurance company and the patients. If patients question about their bills, they ignor the patients and continue to send the bills to the patients or theater sending to the collection.
