Great service - inexcusable sushi

Good: Service of the wait staff.. Bad: The food was terrible, the sake was diluted and I worried about the cleanliness of the place (warm sushi and sticky tables).. Improvements: Cleanliness, skilled Sushi Chef with good judgement for oversight of his apprentices..
