Underpaid workers, bad management & it shows. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK -- Food poisoning a distinct possibility. Lots of left-overs find their way to the buffet line. No quality control. Does not follow state labor or sanitation laws. Workers wages are lowest in state, some not even at state minimum wage.
