Absolutely horrible customer service, they must live by the motto "The Customer is Always Wrong." After being told incorrect information and then being told they would honor it, I was then verbally accosted by the manager for the store in a horrible manner, and the promise revoked. Sears made a mistake when allowing this store to carry its name and can't correct any mistakes due to the store being privately owned. I will never shop there again, and I advise you to do the same.
