Called to schedule an oil change, arrived at the designated time . . . and then waited and 1-1/2 hours, even waited over 1/2 hour after it was "ready". Had to track down someone to find the vehicle. Very disappointing (even got a response of "that's not my department" when asking a question - no offer to help or find out . . .). Geez . . .
