I have straight hair and asked several times for someone that can cut seriously straight hair. I was referred to a level 3 stylist, made an appt, and left with a very noticeable uneven cut. I told the woman I thought it was uneven, she cut more off and made some excuse as to why my hair looked uneven. At that point I did not want her to touch my hair again so I left. Soooo bad and I am so not someone who complains, but it is that bad.
