How many doctors today spend time answering your questions without looking at their watch? Dr. Reich spends ample time serving your eye-care needs in a friendly, warm manner. Her office staff are hard-working and patient. Her office manager is especially friendly and comfortable to be around. Not what you would expect from a mall location.
The Dr. and her staff have given 100% and made my visits a pleasure.

Just wanted to send you a note on behalf of myself, Wemer Sanz and all of the PCH staff and thank you and the Floral Events gang for all of your hard work on our beautiful Christmas decorations at the Petrolsurch Club of Houston. I especially appreciate the effort and speed when we decided at the last possible moment to add another $10,000 in trees, lights and garland.
I was amazed that you were able to get a wholesaler to stay late in the evening so that you could get all of the additional items that we requested and that you and the staff managed to get everything hung and in perfect order before our biggest event of the year.
The entire Club looks so festive and beautiful and we most definitely could not have done the decorations without you and your talents. It is always a pleasure for me to work with you, you are so talented and I am never disappointed…. I am, in fact, always wowed! Thank you for all the work you do for the Club, both at Christmas and throughout the year.

Good: zero. Bad: Nasty. Waited 15 min.in entranceway to dining room without being seated, there were 5 people eating lunch at start of regular hours and 10 waitstaff,some of whom saw me and kept on...

Waited 15 min.in entranceway to dining room without being seated, there were 5 people eating lunch at start of regular hours and 10 waitstaff,some of whom saw me and kept on setting more of 50 empty tables. Opposite of busy. Treated me, presentably dressed hotel guest there, like a negro in the Old South--not to be served. Finally left.. Improvements: Close down like nearby restaurant Quail , with new staff, especially replacing snooty "hostess". Other: For community residents only, a closed society not serving outsiders..

At first I was skeptical as all pet owners are with a new vet. Fortunately, Dr. Grant and her team of vet techs and assistants were caring and helpful. I have brought my new puppy in to see Dr. Grant several times for her series of puppy vaccinations and for her deworming. Every time was a pleasent experience, Dr. Grant was very friendy and informative, and I was even offered a cold drink while I was in the waiting room. I would recommend Rosecrans Pet Hospital to any pet owner that is looking for trustworthy and honest veterinary care. I loved this place
