This is a great rented condo complex. All the condo's are one level with some 2 story units mixed in. Each unit has a sizeable backyard attached to it with a fence surrounding it. They have 2 great pools and hot tubs and the laundry rooms are located right next door. These are great condos for young adults or older adults or those with small children. There is no play ground for older kids however there is a park across the street as well as the local community college. The condos are nicely done and well maintained adn each unit comes with a detached garage at no additional charge.

One of many local kennels in town, however they offer more of a day spa environment for your animals. They are very intuned to your animals, they have lovely indoor "casitas" for those dogs that prefer to be inside. All animals are observed 24 hours a day and their prices are pretty comparable to other locations. They have 2 locations and take reservations for the holidays.

I have found the perfect hairstylist. Jon Goleman he works out of Creative Hair Design by PHYL shop but has his own clientele. I was very nervous about getting my hair cut since everyone else just messed it up. But right away I knew Jon was good, he looked at my hair my facial structure and told me what would look good on me. He did a great job and everyone loved my new hairstyle but most important I loved it. I now make my appointments right after he is done so that I make sure I can get in.

One of the most honest auto repair men you will find in this town. He gave me my engine problem straight and did not sugar coat it. It kept my car in his gated yard for 3 weeks until I could get it moved. He offered me every service he could to help me when my car was dead. Extremely polite and easy to work with. His prices are good and he is very honest about what he does.

They even let me purchase the part at the auto store and they installed it so that I could save some money on my work.

The selection is great offering everything from fresh produce, to a deli, bakery and fresh meat. They will even carry out your groceries for you but don’t forget to tip them that is the only money they make.

The BX is a department store that has higher end merchandise they offer name brand clothes, perfumes, shoes and electronics. The prices are not much different than a larger department store the one saving grace is there is no tax. So if you are looking for a large priced item and you can shop on the base this is a great idea.

The school puts out a catalog bi monthly and you can get discounts based on the number of classes you take over time.
