This place service is okie. The hair cut are like 10 buck for men and 15 for women. They do hair highlight and perm. They give u a free head scrub and you dont have to tip if you dont want to but usually people do tips. While getting a hair cut they play music for customer to relax. Their is a line to wait but its a short line.
