On the Bay Seafood is the best low-key seafood shack in town. All food is presented as carry-out, but you can eat on their picnic tables while listening to Jimmy Buffett, which we found very pleasant. We had delicious crab cakes and would highly recommend this oasis in a tourist-trap town.

My family and I loved this restaurant. We sat outside on a beautiful day, the service was excellent, and we were all very impressed with the food. We will definitely be back on our next trip to OC.

My husband and I recently moved to Scranton from Washington, D.C. and went to Cooper's for my birthday. The food was pretty bad and the service was worse. I ordered crab cakes which I did not eat and my husband's salmon was a only little better. It took our waitress about 45 minutes after we finished eating to complete our service and allow us to leave. I would not recommend this restaurant.
