Kau Kau does an amazing job on Thanksgiving turkeys. They come out with a nice crispy golden brown skin and are moist on the inside. You drop your bird off a few days in advance and they charge a pretty reasonable fee. People always stress out about cooking the bird, and this way makes thanksgiving soooo much easier. All you have to do is sides.
