This place has gone downhill. They don't keep it very clean and that's always my issue. The teriyaki is good, however they do use a little too much sauce.

I thought it couldn't get any worse after my horrible experience at Chaplin's Subaru. I was wrong. The salesman deliberately lied to me several times, and after hours there my husband and I finally got a decent deal. However, when I went to sign the paperwork, all the numbers changed. The finance manager called me a liar, and tried to argue with me. That was it-I took off and left, and purchased at Eastside Subaru, where I had a great experience.

I had a bad experience here. The salesman was rude, didn't know anything about Subaru's, and was pushy. Typical car dealer BS.

I am glad I ended up at Eastside Subaru. After going to Chaplin's Subaru and Walker's subaru, I wasn't even sure I wanted a Subaru anymore after the terrible treatment I received. That changed when...
I am glad I ended up at Eastside Subaru. After going to Chaplin's Subaru and Walker's subaru, I wasn't even sure I wanted a Subaru anymore after the terrible treatment I received. That changed when I arrived at Eastside Subaru - my salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. And I got a good deal. Not the treatment I expected from a dealer.
